Each day, DaiChronicler generates 10 brand-new Chronicles. What happens next determines how you — the user — can collect them.

🧠 Two Paths to Minting

Every Chronicle will end up in one of two destinations:

  • 5 are listed on the ChroniMarket for anyone to purchase and mint with ETH.
  • 5 are awarded to DAC stakers via a randomized daily draw, each Chronicle being drawn individually.

🛒 ChroniMarket Listing

Chronicles listed on the ChroniMarket:

  • Can be minted by anyone, as long as it hasn’t been minted yet.
  • Remain available indefinitely until claimed.
  • Are minted by paying the ETH price shown.
Chronicles in the ChroniMarket don’t expire — they’re always open for minting until someone completes the transaction.

🎯 Staking Draws & Claims

Staking rewards work like a lottery:

  • Users stake DAC on the Stake page.
  • 5 Chronicles are distributed daily, drawn individually and randomly.
  • Each winning Chronicle is linked to the winner’s address and is invisible to others.
  • The minting right is permanent — it never expires.

Your Claim Never Expires

Even if you win today and decide to mint weeks later — your Chronicle is still waiting for you. One draw, one forever claim.

🔄 What Happens After Minting?

Once minted:

  • The Chronicle becomes a permanent on-chain NFT.
  • It is no longer available in the market or claimable.
  • You gain full control over its political perspective and visibility.
