• Who can update roles? → Timelocked Admin
• Who can change perspectives or post to X? → DaiChronicler only
• Who handles liquidity? → DaiLiquidarian only
• Who handles swaps? → DaiTreasurer only

All these roles are stored on-chain and updated only through permissioned, time-delayed processes.
